So you are aware, we the organisers of the joint “International Campervan Show” (mainly 2wd vehicles) + “Adventure Overland Show” (mainly 4wd vehicles) ‘Spring’ edition in June 2021 – held intense meetings with the local authorities (i.e. Police, district & county councils, Environment Agency, Fire & Rescue, etc.) pre and post event to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors … which we’re delighted to say we passed with flying colours!
The only issue was inadequate traffic management (admittedly we were overwhelmed with the level of interest!!!) which will be addressed for the next event.
Verified by the authorities, we want to reassure visitors that the same stringent Covid precautions will be in place for the forthcoming ‘Late Summer’ edition of the event 18-19 September 2021.
To avoid traffic congestion on Friday 17th Sept 2021, campers are encouraged to arrive from Tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th September 2021 @ just £10 per night – no need to pre-book, simply pay in cash upon arrival.

Weekend Camping Passes (up to 3 nights Fri 17th to Sun 19th Sept 2021) are available via www.ticketsource.co.uk/adventureoverlandshow where all prices are listed.
NOTE: Whether you book for the “Adventure Overland Show” or “International Campervan Show”, campers and day visitors have access to both shows.
Due to government regulations, at present booking in advance online via TicketSource is the only guarantee of attending.
Also, please be aware that we had to shut down camping last June as we SOLD OUT, so don’t delay for next month’s event. Not a marketing ploy … fact!
